Job Description:
We are seeking a System Administrator to join our Xplan Asset Team, which supports the Macquarie Wealth Management Advisory Division. The Xplan Asset Team works closely with project and business teams to manage the operations and enhancement of the Xplan system which comprises of CRM, Advice Delivery, Portfolio and Revenue management functions. This role will be the system specialist within the team with key responsibilities for maintaining the system settings and configuration of the platform.
Job Requirements:
To be successful in the role as Xplan System Administrator you will Degree Qualified in either Business/Commerce or technical field such as Computer Science and IT and have proven experience in Wealth Management and Financial Advisory sectors. In addition you will have the following skills or experience:
- Financial Services technical consulting experience
- Financial Planning Advice projects experience
- Knowledge of financial planning processes
- Demonstated in-depth experience of working with Xplan
- Experience in coding templates, building wizards and workflow and system administration
- Data feed administration
- Strong systems configuration
- Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills.
Job Duties:
- Manage and execute system operational updates and activities
- Managing Xplan data feeds and client mappings to ensure high level of accuracy
- Assess and analyse system enhancement requests and defects
- Design and develop configuration enhancements to the system in line with business requirements
- Provide SME Support to project and business teams across the Macquarie Wealth Advisory division.
- Assist with the resolution of 2nd and 3rd level support queries.
