Job Description:
The primary purpose of the role is to work with the COG Technology and BFS Program Owners to transform our software delivery capability and drive increased flexibility, quality and productivity through standardisation, increased use of third parties and our shared service centres.
Job Requirements:
- Strong understanding of SDLC and project delivery methodologies and processes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent powerpoint and presentation preparation skills
- Good interpersonal and relationship building skills in order to build strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels
- Analysis and lateral thinking skills including ability to structure, analyse and present data
- Proven experience in managing multiple work streams and prioritising tasks in order to execute on key deliverables
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritise work commitments against competing initiatives and drive tasks to completion/ outcome focused
- Experience working across both IT and Business projects within a Financial Services organisation an advantage
- Change management experience an advantage
Job Duties:
- Drive measurable group wide success of Workplace mobile applications
- Understand the mobility strategy and define a clear mobile applications roadmap that aligns to the Workplace vision and strategy
- Identify, assess and drive new opportunities to complement and grow the mobile productivity ecosystem
- Define and implement a cradle-to-grave application lifecycle management strategy, ensuring clear channels for application feedback and user behaviour tracking
- Drive innovation throughout the design process in order to maximise individual native device (smartphones and tablets) capabilities and therefore user experience
- Ensure design alignment to digital branding guidelines, governing an engaging yet consistent user interface experience across applications
- Collaborate with digital agencies, UX designers and software engineers to translate product roadmap into detailed requirements and prototypes, working horizontally to execute on a plan of action
- Work with operations and support teams to ensure clear service design operating models for new mobile applications and testing resources to ensure robust quality assurance and signoff pre-production
- Work with change management and communications team specialists to develop a clear go-to-market strategy for developed applications, facilitating effective group wide service communication
- Provide application show cases to key stakeholders, demonstrating value realisation and product development progress
