Job Description:
Computershare has an opportunity within the Global Operations Technology team for an Automation Test Analyst. The Operations Technology Team develop a suite of global enterprise solutions for managing the complex transaction requirements of Computershare clients including a data capture system, a workflow system, an integrated call centre system, a document depository and an archive system.
The successful applicant will be replacing a key automation resource. He/she will provide automation testing expertise and will be the custodian of existing automation scripts and framework.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in C#
- Software testing experience in testing Windows based applications
- Intermediate- advanced level knowledge of Selenium based frameworks
- Intermediate level knowledge of Coded UI based frameworks
- Experience creating and maintaining automation test scripts
- Experience using QC / MTM as a test management tool
- Ability to adhere to software development processes and procedures
- A tertiary IT related qualification and ISTQB Foundation certification will also be well regarded
- Strong analytical and problem solving ability
Job Duties:
- Understanding, following and extending the 'Automation Test Process Framework' in place
- Identifying the applications / functional areas suitable for test automation
- Creation and maintenance of automated regression test scripts
- Sharing of automation knowledge with other team members
- Test management, analysis and reporting
- Development of test data from existing test cases
- Liaising with the Test Team Lead on status and completion of product release based work
