Job Description:

Based in Clayton, we currently have an exciting and challenging opportunity for an experienced professional to perform aspects of the supply and install business to ensure compliance with legislation, SMS (Safety Management Systems) and work method statements to provide efficient and timely installation and installer support to the builder market segment.

Job Duties:
Reporting to the Installation Manager, the key responsibilities of the role include:


  •     Auditing - regular site visits; ensuring contractor compliance, compliance with auditing schedule against SMS and work method statements.
  •     Issue Resolution - understanding and resolving site issues in accordance with the CSR service level agreement, policies and work method statements.
  •     Process Improvement - Conduct a full review of process to provide recommendations and costing for improvement.
  •     Plan Take-offs - Provide accurate estimates of scope of work in a timely manner; and training of customer service officers in plan take-off.

Technical Skills:
  •     Ability to read plans and estimate take offs
  •     Good numerical and process skills
  •     Advanced PC skills, inc Word, Excel, Outlook
  •     SAP experience highly regarded

The ideal person will have building industry experience, residential preferred. A full driver's licence and good driving record is essential. Testing, reference checks, police check, driving record check and medical, including drug testing are all pre-employment requirements
