Job Description:
We currently have an exciting new opportunity for a Home Choice Consultant to join our residential Sales Team to provide consumers in the Residential Home Builders / Renovators market with a Home Energy Consultation assisting them achieve a Comfortable, Healthy & Energy Efficient home.
Based at CSR Selection Centre Schofields / Bella Vista & Kellyville Homeworld and reporting to the Residential Sales Manager you will use your knowledge of Energy Efficiency and BASIX together with your Home Building experience to nurture relationships and create new opportunities to grow this segment through product and service extension during the building stage.
To succeed in this role you must have be able to work weekends, be highly articulate and possess personality plus. Your goal is to build strong customer relationships identifying and influencing key decision makers along the way, enjoy the chase and love to win.
Job duties will include but are not limited to:
- Developing relationships with consumers
- Communicating the benefits of the unique CSR Bradford range of products and services;
- Provide mid-level Technical advice to consumers
- Providing quotations

Ideally, you will have experience in Building Products in the areas of insulation, ventilation or Energy Efficient products as well as have strong computer skills including MS Word and Excel, other technology experience would be highly regarded.
