Job Description:
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Manager focussed on new business / new products in the small to medium residential home Builder segment.

Based in the ACT and reporting to the NSW State Sale Manager you will use your solid track record of success together with your residential builder contacts to nurture relationships and create new opportunities to grow our this segment through product and service extension and acquisition.

To succeed in this role you must have a strategic approach to managing in a dynamic market environment, be able to build strong customer relationships identifying and influencing key decision makers along the way, enjoy the chase and love to win.

Job duties will include but are not limited to:

  •     Developing relationships with small to medium builders and communicate and support growth of the unique CSR Bradford range of products and services to this segment;
  •     Provide leadership and implement business development programmes for builders to achieve sales and profitability targets;
  •     Ensure customer service levels are understood, communicated and maintained;
  •     Undertake strategic reviews of existing business and growth opportunities;
  •     Forecast and develop budgets in conjunction with state and national objectives;
  •     Manage accounts within agreed trading terms; and
  •     Provide market forecasts and intelligence to develop plans and suitable offers.

Ideally, you will have experience in Building Products in the areas of insulation, ventilation or Energy Efficient products, understand complex channels to market, as well as have strong computer skills including MS Word, MS Excel , BW and SAP experience will be highly regarded .
