CSR Bradford is a leader in the manufacture and distribution of energy efficient products. Capitalizing on recent growth,, we are currently recruiting for an Energy Administration Officer who can effectively coordinate the administration and scheduling of installers for our Energy Solutions business.
Job Description:
Based in Clayton, you will be responsible for scheduling a number of contractors responsible for installation of our products to new homes and/or home owners.
Reporting to the Installation Manager you will work autonomously and need to be able to hit the ground running. Therefore you will need demonstrated high end administration skills and scheduling experience within a high volume area such as construction, engineering or manufacturing. The right fit will be a logical, proactive individual who is able to anticipate any issues with work flow and can reorganise the schedule when required.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to maintain friendly and efficient working relationships, both internally and externally.
- A polite and professional telephone manner is essential.
- Fast, accurate and efficient order maintenance.
- Planning, co-ordinating and monitoring new work and work in progress to its completion.
- High level of skill in Excel and Word; SAP desirable.
- Superior customer service skills;
- Punctuality, reliability and trustworthiness.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Job Duties:
- Reconciliation of all STC paperwork
- Submission of pre-approval forms
- Manage booking s an d scheduling installations
- Data entry of order, ensuring stock availability.
- Managing the work flow of the installers and ensuring all required paperwork is completed before making payment for the work.
- Completing all invoicing, paperwork, certificates, filing and reports in a timely manner.
