Lysaght Customer Service Representatives are self motivated, enthusiastic individuals who consistently exceed our customer’s expectations by delivering exceptional customer service across all facets of our business. You will create sales opportunities through positive selling while continuing to maintain existing accounts.
Commercially aware you will strive to build and develop team relationships working cohesively on solving potential issues. Preparing quotes, cold calling, conducting safety/environmental audits etc will add extra diversity to this role.
To succeed in this challenging position you will need extensive customer service experience and a sound knowledge of the building industry. This will be supported with a vibrant, flexible outlook and exceptional communication and presentation skills. You will be skilled in process management and MS Office ideally with some prior estimating experience.
In addition, you must be customer focused and results driven with an eagerness to learn quickly.
