We have a great opportunity for a Merchandising Representative to support us expand and seize opportunities by increasing current business activities and initiatives.

You will be responsible for managing a defined list of resellers for Gyprock and Cemintel and ensure volume targets and financial goals are achieved. This is an interfacing front line and "hands on" role that requires sound selling and merchandising skills and the ability to build key stakeholder relationships within the customer base at store level.

Based in Yarraville and reporting to the Residential Reseller Segment Manager.

Job Duties
• Ensure the defined customers are adequately stocked with Gyprock and Cemintel products;
• Merchandise stock to ensure that presentation levels within our designated areas are of the highest standard in line with the customer's expectations;
• Providing technical assistance and conduct general product training in store and providing a point of contact for all relevant staff within the defined customer base;
• Identifying and exploring new opportunities for CSR to expand the business via the introduction of  new products and continual range review;
• Establish effective plans for the day to day activities.
• Ideally, you possess strong sales experience within the building products coupled with the ability to build effective relationships with key people from each outlet.
