We currently have an outstanding opportunity for a Night Shift Production Supervisor based at Erskine Park
Job Description:
Drive process and quality improvements. Reporting to the site Production Manager, you will thrive in a fast paced environment and enjoy managing the overall production of our fully automated State of the Art glass processing facility, ensuring all KPIs are achieved, including safety, quality, waste reduction, and cost effectiveness. Ideally you will have a mature outlook and be a self-starter who is able to analyse and trouble shoot any issues to keep production on target, making sure we meet our customer demands. With your hands on approach and team mindset, you will lead a small team skilled production group, focusing on driving process, innovation and quality improvements through both people and systems.

Job Requirements:
• You will lead by example and be outcome oriented with a 'can do' attitude.
• Your flexible and enthusiastic approach will ensure strong leadership and motivation.
• You will ideally have recent supervisory experience in a fast paced continuous automated manufacturing environment,
• Mustbe familiar with the operation of computer controlled manufacturing equipment,
• Must have high attention to detail
• The ability to analyse faults and problem solve, with exposure to driving change.
• Must have a mechanical mindset,
• Strong communication skills
• Proficient in MS applications.
• Outstanding leadership skills
• An ability to motivate others.
• Knowledge of SAP will be highly regarded and some manual handling required.
This is an exciting career opportunity for a person who wants to build their career within a growing and dynamic industry leader. Systems and technical training will be provided to the right person initially on Afternoon shift for 3-6 months, before moving to night shift.
