This exciting opportunity which is available immediately has arisen within our VIC business, reporting to the Regional General Manager.

Job Description:
This key role is your opportunity to drive CSR's business objectives for the residential segment within Victoria. Leading your team, you will deliver Key Performance Indicators for the management of sales revenue, price, overheads, debtors, safety and other business development goals.

You will manage a customer base that consists of prominent participants in the VIC building industry.

Job Requirements:
• Mature minded and able to communicate effectively at all levels;
• Possess extensive experience in both sales & people management;
• Proven success in both areas of sales & people management.
• Commitment to achieving KPI's;
• The ability to develop and provide support to your team is essential,
• Strong planning and analytical skills and a formal qualification in either a business or commercial field.

Job Duties:
• Customer base breadth
• Being an effective and visible leader Implementing corporate strategy
• Management & ongoing coaching/mentoring of team members & team performance measures
• Developing a high performing team that are highly motivated and engaged.
• Contribution to the achievement of state targets
• Managing and developing of strategic sales plans with key customers
• Influence and 'coach' customers in their behaviour/approach to market
• Achievement of all agreed financial KPI's & development of annual State Sales plans
• Ensuring compliance to safety, health & environment standards and commitment to developing an uncompromising culture of safety.
• Effectively implementing sales & marketing initiatives.
• Effectively managing human resource elements including recruitment, retention, reward and training.
