Spearheading this transformation in the residential segment is our Lightweight Systems division, responsible for the manufacture and distribution of Gyprock™ and Cemintel™ products throughout Australia and New Zealand.
Due to an internal promotion an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager, who is keen to make a difference is now available! We are in search of a tenacious and hardworking individual who is skilled in converting opportunities into results by understanding what our customers' needs and drivers are.
This role will target the residential (low rise multi res) market, generating primary demand for our innovative & differentiated lightweight systems. We want to make a difference in the ACT and don't just want a "relationship builder", the successful candidate will have the ability to deliver key insights and product solutions that will help our customers grow.
Job Requirements:
• Experience selling within the residential building & construction industry
• Ability to establish and commit to a plan to achieve business development objectives;
• Adept at marshalling resources to achieve sales and organisational goals;
• Current low rise multi residential building contacts;
• A tenacious sales approach, solution & relationship focused; and
• High level of resilience for cold calling building sites across ACT
• A born hunter with the ability to challenge the status quo and lead the negotiation process
