Our Gyprock & Cemintel Fibre Cement Warehouse located in Welshpool, WA is seeking a motivated individual to work in our warehouse office to ensure we meet the expectations of our customers. This is an entry level role, but is pivotal in our goal to continued improvement in providing the ultimate customer experience.
Job Duties:
• Adhere to all SHE policies
• Provide professional service to customers that come into or call our warehouse.
• Efficient, effective and accurate data entry utilising SAP and Excel.
• Meticulous filing and office administration as required.
• Liaising with transport operators to provide service levels for deliveries and pick-ups as required.
Job Requirements:
• Strong focus on customer service and administration.
• Being process oriented and having an eye for detail, you'll enjoy working within a continuous improvement culture and actively participate in discussions on how we can take a fresh approach to service - we don't believe in staying the same, we believe in innovation!
• You'll need to be familiar with Microsoft Office programs while experience with manufacturing software systems or SAP is highly desirable.
