This is an outstanding opportunity to demonstrate your well-developed leadership capability while managing a team of 6 Business Development Executives across the Western Australia region.

Job Description:

• With primary responsibility for fostering a high performance culture within the team, 
• You will take the lead and have a strong focus on coaching and inspiring, while developing constructive relationships. 
• Leading by example, the role will enable you to manage a number of significant customers within the state, in order to drive overall team results and ongoing business objectives. 
• This role involves extensive travel across the territory in order to deliver on these key imperatives.

Job Requirements:

• We are looking for somebody with the energy and enthusiasm to drive results and a proactive culture within the business. 
• A demonstrated strong leadership capability from within an FMCG or liquor environment is essential. 
• A strong commercial acumen and numeracy including demonstrated key account management experience will also be essential to your success in the role.
