There is an immediate opening for a Payroll Administrator.
The position will suit someone with previous payroll experience and a keen desire in providing outstanding customer service and would be fitting for someone with a positive attitude and professional manner.

Job Requirements:
• Candidate will have an understanding of the Payroll process with a minimum of 2 year's experience.
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills are a must.
• Confidentiality and discretion in regards to payroll information.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word, have excellent organisational, time management and communication skills, along with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work as part of a team as well as unsupervised.
• Knowledge of various awards and the ability to interpret the awards.

Job Duties:
Reporting to the Group Payroll Manager it is responsible for the preparation, processing and confirmation of payrolls.
This position is responsible for ensuring that all employees within pay groups are paid in a timely and accurate manner, that all payments are consistent with the employees' terms of employment, comply with legislation and company policies.
• Ensure all timesheets and paperwork is processed in accordance with deadlines.
• All payments to employees are made in accordance with their terms of employment.
• Compliance at all times with payroll legislation and Fairfax policies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers.
• Assist within the Payroll Services team in a willing and helpful manner.
