We are seeking to appoint a high calibre, results driven Business Development / Account Manager to represent & promote our unique brand in these regional markets & to play an important role within our Country Cars team. 

Job Requirement:
• Candidates will be multi-skilled with excellent business development and account management, inter-personal, organisational, presentation, sales and communication skills.
• Extensive sales experience in a business development environment is a must, along with the ability to work autonomously with minimum supervision when required.
• Direct experience within the motor industry, media or online sales would be highly desirable. Critically the successful candidate will demonstrate the energy and creativity required to deliver on our ambitious revenue growth objectives for the company.
• A keen interest in the technology, social media and the internet would be of advantage and the reporting and training aspects of the position will require good computer & literacy skills.
• It is essential that the successful candidate possess a high level of numeracy and analytical skills.
• This role is to service our customer base in Northern New South Wales and would suit a candidate located centrally within this area.


Job Duties
• In order to achieve our business objectives the successful candidate will be required to maintain, service & grow an existing territory and implement & manage sales measurement processes within individual dealerships.
• It will be expected that the successful candidate be a self motivated individual capable of independently managing a large geographic territory and continue to build on the revenue momentum already gained in the market place through hard work and initiative.
