Fairfax Radio Network is part of the Fairfax Media Group (ASX:FXJ) and consists of a National Network of News, Talk and Music format stations targeted at people ages 35 - 64. The National News Talk Network is comprised of Sydney's 2UE, Melbourne's 3AW, Brisbane's 4BC and Perth's 6PR. The National Music Network consists of Melbourne's Magic, Brisbane's 4BH and Perth's 96fm. The Fairfax Radio Network also represents Adelaide's News Talk station 5AA to National Advertisers.
Radio 3AW Melbourne is seeking applications from an experienced media executive who can demonstrate a track record performance in media sales and also has the ability to handle cross platform briefs and responses to take on the role of Direct Sales Account Manager. Existing relationships within the Melbourne market will be an advantage.
Reporting to the Direct Sales Manager and working within our large and driven team.

Job Requirements:
•  proven previous media sales experience, have developed exemplary sales skills.
•  possess a strong drive for new business development, be self-motivated and hungry for long term success.
•  They will also have their own car.

Job Duties:
•  Representing the 3AW and Fairfax brand at market
•  Creation of new accounts and the growth and retention of these relationships
•  Cold calling, meeting with and qualifying potential clients
•  Designing integrated advertising solutions that encompass both the radio and online platforms
•  Execute, monitor and track every campaign from its inception to completion
•  Providing an exemplary level of customer service
•  Delivering on and working beyond your KPIs
