Job Summary:
This is an outstanding opportunity to join the successful Business Banking team in Perth as a Local Business Banking Manager.
Job Requirements:
- A robust communicator with very strong sales and management experience,
- Ability to identify lending opportunities to the upper and middle market from a commercial perspective,
- Ability to work closely in a dedicated team environment, will assist you in achieving success.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and build strong relationships with stakeholders within the business community, including Solicitors and Accountants.
- In addition, you will have a working knowledge of finance, combined with finely-tuned networking, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Duties will include but will not be limited to:
- Developing a portfolio and generating new business from your existing and prospective network
- Supporting improvement and monitor the relevant customer service/satisfaction outcomes for the portfolio
- Achieving growth objectives without compromising asset quality or profitability.
