We have a unique opportunity based in Hobart, within our Personal Insurance Division for an Assessing Team Leader within the Motor Claims department. 

This is an exciting role where you will be called upon to lead, coach and develop a high performing team of assessors and encourage a coherent team approach to goal achievement.  You will be required to plan and direct all assessing team activities in order to deliver a superior customer experience and achieve business objectives. 

Job Requirements:
To be successful in this position you will have the ability to display strong leadership qualities to "lead" your team to achieve individual, team and divisional goals.  Strong communication skills will be paramount to the role, being able to coherently and confidently convey information both orally and written will hold you in good stead to exceed all expectations.  A qualification in the motor vehicle repair trade (panel beating or spray painting) is preferred but not essential and current drivers licence is required.
