Job Description:
Macquarie Leasing, a division of Macquarie's Corporate and Asset Finance Group (CAF), is one of Australia's premier commercial financing businesses, specialising in vehicle and equipment finance to small and medium sized businesses. Macquarie Leasing is looking for a Systems Administrator to join their systems team. Providing a high level of service and support, the successful applicant will work closely with others in the systems and IT teams, along with end users and external clients.
Job Requirements:
• Some experience in a systems working environment
• An appreciation of key business drivers and an understanding of the IT impact upon the business
• Relevant qualifications in IT or Business
• Intermediate Microsoft Office experience
• Excellent communication skills with a customer service focus
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent problem solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise where necessary
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work well in a team and to work independently with minimal supervision
• Leasing or financial services experience desirable
• SQL knowledge desirable
Job Duties:
• First contact point for systems issues, providing investigation and initial analysis
• Review and analysis of system changes, providing options and recommendations
• Assisting in project specifications documentation and stakeholder discussion
• Assisting in testing and release management
• Writing and running reports
