We have an exciting opportunity for a full time Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join our Brisbane office.

Job Requirements:

  •     Previous experience in QLD residential conveyancing;
  •     Excellent communication skills;
  •     Strong attention to detail;
  •     Great client service skills;
  •     Exceptional organisational and time management skills; and
  •     Demonstrated ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment.

In addition, you will be positive and enthusiastic, have plenty of initiative and enjoy liaising with clients.

Job Duties:
You will have an autonomous role with responsibility for client relationships and end to end file management, with exceptional support and systems to aid your success. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  •     Drafting correspondence;
  •     Preparation and review of property documentation;
  •     Attending and coordinating settlements;
  •     Liaising with clients, financiers and regulatory bodies;
  •     Providing excellent client service; and
  •     General administration.
