Job Duties:
· Maintain graffiti evidence, asset inspection and defect information including data entry and the production of reports as required by the Manager/Supervisor for the delegated area of responsibility.
· Maintain HR information including data entry and the production of reports from SAP including training, payroll and annual leave as required by the Manager/Supervisor for the delegated area of responsibility.
· Provide the administrative support required to organise and program graffiti removal work tasks including labour, plant and consumables for the delegated area of responsibility.
· Use SAP as required for the procurement of materials, creation of work orders and tracking of items that are required to undertake works.
· Prepare, process, create, monitor and receipt SAP purchase orders, supply agreements, requisitions and credit card statements for the delegated area of responsibility.
· Assist with the provision of administrative support in the office/section by dealing with correspondence, enquiries, arranging Meetings/conferences and general administration tasks including assistance to other sections in the Unit as required.
· Contribute to the development of new work practices.
· Ensure the activities of the administrative section are undertaken in accordance with Queensland Rail and Legislative requirements.
