Job Requirements:
• You will possess a strong customer focus with exceptional attention to detail
• An ability to manage deadlines and conflicting priorities.
• The successful candidate will be in their final year of study or have recently obtained a relevant Accounting tertiary qualification with a minimum credit average.
• You will be a pro-active individual, IT savvy with highly developed Excel skills
• A willingness to undertake further study towards CPA/CA qualifications.
Job duties;
• Developing and executing a mechanical maintenance schedule
• Ensuring code compliance of mechanical equipment and safety systems
• Identifying deficiencies in mechanical equipment and initiating prioritised maintenance and capital improvement projects
• Ensuring every maintenance activity has an associated asset strategy document, clearly stating operational context and process critical variables definition, replacement/refurbishment criteria and work quality or outcome specification Mechanical work estimating, budgeting and cost management
• Actively driving and implementing BlueScope manufacturing maintenance processes
• Driving standards of detailed planning Learning and implementing BlueScope Manufacturing and Asset Management leading practices
• Providing active leadership, participating and managing BlueScope safety systems
• Actively driving the technical coaching and development of asset team members
