Job Requirements:
• Aptitude for learning and attention to detail highly required
• Satisfaction and enjoyment in providing excellent customer service.
• Interpersonal savvy and excellent team spirit
• Prior customer service experience,
• Excellent Microsoft Office,
• Verbal and written communication skills are essential to performing this role.
• Qualifications within a business discipline are preferred but not essential.
• You must be customer focused and results driven with an eagerness to learn quickly.

Job duties;
• Building strong relationships and rapport with customers
• Processing and managing orders within agreed service levels
• Become knowledgeable across a broad range of products and solutions
• Create sales opportunities via up selling and qualifying customer needs
• Exceed customer service expectations with your friendly and professional style
• Handle customer queries and promptly follow up on requests.
