Harvey Norman Chadstone is searching for the right candidate to step into a Bedding Manager/2IC role in their bedding department.
Job Description:
Reporting directly to the Franchisee, the Floor Manager main focus is to ensure all customers receive the highest level of service whilst maintaining profit requirements. The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring that all duties are carried out on the sales floor.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in retail sales is preferred for this position with an excellent sales track record.
- The successful candidate will need to be hands- on and versatile,
- Ability to work well under pressure,
- Outstanding customer service skills and
- Excellent communication skills.The position requires weekend work and also involves extended trade hours.
