Job Description:
We currently have an opportunity for a dynamic and achievement focussed individual to join the Officeworks Operations team as an Area Manager based at Acacia Ridge, QLD. Reporting to Regional Manager the successful applicant must be a highly involved and motivational leader to help drive a fun, positive and safe culture in each store and have the ability to manage within a high volume and fast paced environment across multiple sites.
As a multi-site manager you will be responsible for annual sales revenue of $120 million and 650 team members.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in multi-site management in a similar retail environment
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Strategic & commercial acumen
- Ability to influence at all levels
- Ability to inspire, motivate and develop a high performing team
- Effective decision making and analytical skills
- Customer service orientation and ability to drive sales through successful teams
- Exceptional retail knowledge
Job Duties:
- Through leadership establish and maintain the culture which creates an environment of innovation, personal development, fosters teamwork, recognition and motivation.
- Instil accountability and responsibility to all store management teams
- Demonstrate leadership through personal mentoring and coaching
- Monitor and deliver the financial performance of each store across key KPI's
- Ensure that a safety culture is developed and maintained throughout each store
