If you have a desire to further your career in the arena of contract administration whilst gaining on-site experience combined with financial reporting skills, then this role could offer you the opportunity to:

• Assist in the administering and managing all change/variations of the contract

• Assist with set up and monitoring of project controls (time, cost, and quality)

• Assist with project forecasting function (cost and time)

• Adapting existing systems to meet project/client specific requirements whilst contributing in the compilation of monthly business performance results.

You will ideally utilise your tertiary qualifications and/or previous administration experience within a commercial construction organisation to assist in providing effective administrative and project controls support to the Project Manager. You will apply your general understanding of projects controls, tracking and MS Office skills, whilst previous working exposure to contract management coupled with exposure to JD Edwards will be highly regarded.

Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills are essential, as is the ability to foster strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. You will need to demonstrate thoroughness to detail, flexibility, ability to work in a changing environment and commitment to work within the requirements of the company's SQE system.

This role is for a 3 month fixed term contract, based in South Perth. However, flexibility is required for site visits, as required.
