Position based in Warrnambool
The Warrnambool Standard is seeking an experienced and professional Director, Media Sales to lead its advertising sales team and grow revenues across all media platforms.
This is a senior leadership appointment to a pivotal role within the company.
Job Duties:
• The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a range of sales strategies by utilising our trusted brands and managing internal and external stakeholders to meet the needs of the region's business community.
• Working with a team of sales professionals, there will be a focus on maximising our existing business print and digital sales while also developing new revenue streams.
• role requires the experience and vision to obtain optimum advertising revenues by identifying opportunities in the local, Victorian and National markets and to ensure the company has a well-trained and motivated team to meet these ends.
The position reports directly to the General Manager Western Victoria and comes with an attractive remuneration package with generous incentives.
