Job Description:
The Client Services Team is responsible for the planning and production of all client requested communication. The team is focused on a portfolio of accounts that range from Finance and Insurance to Direct Marketing.
Working in a fast paced role with variety, you will have the opportunity to develop strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. A vital part of the Client Services team in Ermington, you will be one of the key contacts looking after a portfolio of clients.
Job Requirements:
- A positive and proactive attitude
- Clear, open and honest communication style
- Well-developed organisational and time management skills
- Previous experience in client/customer service, administration or project coordination
- Exposure and ability to thrive in a busy deadline driven environment
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for assigned projects
- Highly developed organisation skills, time management and attention to detail
- Client facing experience in a print production background will be highly regarded.
Job Duties:
- Managing all aspects of a client's communication to ensure that all project requirements are met
- Developing and nurturing working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including; clients and internal parties including relationship managers, programmers and operations
- Building a comprehensive understanding of the client's' requirements to create an accurate and detailed job brief
- Managing each project to strict deadlines and ensuring that the clients expectations are met
