Job Description:
As a member of our Corporate Services team, you will be responsible for the end to end coordination and management of projects to execute projects on behalf of our clients and their security holders and employees. Our clients include many of Australia's leading companies and you will manage their varied requirements such as annual general meetings, capital raisings and takeovers.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated success working in a team environment, have a proven track record in time management as well as being able to display first-rate customer service experience. A desire to succeed and maintain certainty, coupled with a results driven focus, will be vital to your success.
