Job Requirements:
• Previous Preceda payroll experience is essential
• Ability to interpret and understand current awards and EBA
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong time management skills and ability to work within strict deadlines

Job Duties: (Reporting to the Payroll Manager)
• Maintaining the Preceda People System ensuring employee records are up to date
• Payroll processing for approximately 600 staff for an assigned area
• Providing a high level of service and responding to all general payroll enquries from our employees in a timely manner
• Ensuring wages payments comply with statutory requirements
• Assisting the Payroll manager with improving processing methods in order to streamline payroll operations
