Job Requirements:
• Previous retail buying experience is essential
• Knowledge of products and understanding of market trends
• Strong analytical skills and a high attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders

Job Description:
As a Support manager at our Sam’s Warehouse store in Helensvale you will be assisting the Store manager in ensuring we meet this goal.

Job Duties: (Reporting to the Merchandise Manager)
• Buying merchandise to meet customer needs and maximise gross profit
• Developing successful buying plans that align with company buying strategy and market trends
• Sourcing and building strategic relationships with suppliers to maximise return on investment
• Working with the Category Planner to ensure all ranges are developed in line with category targets
• Conducting weekly/monthly analysis of sales and margins
