The Role
This project team is being assembled to deploy the next phase in the global implementation of a centralised supply model for our Australia Pacific business. You will develop and execute change management strategies that minimise business impacts and create a sustainable operating environment.
You'll bring to the table experience in large scale complex organisational change initiatives involving SAP, with the ability to be delivery hands on training needs. The role will require you to manage the change agenda, with a strong emphasis in developing and deploying a comprehensive training program across a diverse geographical reach.
This role is being offered as a 15 month fixed term contract.
Experience and qualifications required
• Proven project and training success embedding sustainable change in a complex business environment
• Demonstrable project experience delivering & deploying training across multiple business functions
• Display comprehensive knowledge of business processes
• Developed written communication and verbal influencing capability
• Strong systems and presentation skills including VISIO
• Tenacity, drive, resilience and persistence to achieve project outcomes and deadlines
• Degree qualifications in a relevant discipline
