As the Fresh Produce Manager, you will provide leadership, guidance and coaching to your team to maximise sales growth, while maintaining the highest standards of merchandise presentation, food hygiene and of course, customer service. You will have previous experience in a retail leadership role with a proven track record of sales and profit achievement. Sound Fresh Produce product knowledge is vital, as are effective time management and problem solving skills and the ability to motivate your team and manage change.
