We are seeking a Call Centre Representative based at our WA Branch in Bayswater.
If you enjoy getting behind a product and supporting its brands, then you will enjoy providing efficient and effective customer service to our customers.
Contributing to, maintaining and growing Total Tyre Service overall market positioning and profitability, you will be responsible for customer support, sales & promotion of products and services and the management of a portfolio of existing clients.
Job Duties:
Reporting directly to the State Manager, the successful candidate will require the following skills;
• A passion for success in sales with a sales track record preferred but not essential for the right candidate.
• Experience in customer relationship management
• Professional phone manner
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
• The role will see you engaged in business development over the phone including responding to inquiries and taking orders.
