Your brief will be to support the Finance Business Partner to own plan, budget and forecast process, models, with a view to continuous improvement.  You will develop, own & maintain templates, models & budget tools, to support budget & forecast requirements & submissions for Cost Centres & Business and provide system support to the wider team. You will support FBPs and Zones throughout planning processes, perform monthly 'capital', periodic 'competition' and other monthly budget adjustments, support quarterly forecast process & submission.  Additionally you will coordinate and consolidate periodic Cost Centre, Store Activity and CAPEX reviews and perform all ad‐hoc zone and store budget & forecast investigations.

Critically you will develop cross‐functional relationships with key stakeholders across the business to facilitate the budget process and to provide insightful commentary, providinge fact based insightful and commentary for day to day operational reports and commercial requirements.

An ability to contribute constructively in a team environment to drive project results and engage stakeholders is essential. You will have demonstrated experience in working across functions and facilitating business outcomes and the achievement of targets. Retail and/or FMCG experience is highly desirable. To excel in this position you will have strong analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to work across a vast array of stakeholders and the ability to review business processes to understand impacts on financial outcomes. A post graduate business qualification preferred, essential is your commercial awareness and business focus. Proven ability to communicate effectively across all areas of the business will be integral to your success.
