This position is responsible for achieving market share growth and customer service objectives, by leading and managing all merchandise operations. The Crookwell branch offers a great opportunity in Farm Supplies for a dedicated and motivated Sales Manager. The potential for significant growth in this area of the business is imminent.
Job Requirements:
• Previous sales experience, and proven sales achievements, in a rural farm supplies business
• Knowledge of products, clients, competitors and overall markets in the region
• Degree / diploma in an agricultural or related business discipline is desirable
Job Duties:
• Develop, implement and manage merchandise business plans and budgets.
• Manage the ordering, storage and administrative control of inventory.
• Management of Farm Supplies results in line with key performance indicators and expenditure.
• Manage the performance of Farm Supplies sales and operations against business objectives.
• Drive sales through building relationships with local growers.
