This position reports to Janine Buesnel at Port Macquarie and is located at Kempsey.

Job Requirement:
The person we are seeking for this role should possess:
•  Sales experience, preferably gained within the retail or media industries.
A current driver's licence and ability to work with minimal supervision within a dynamic industry
•  Previous management experience
•  Experience in strategic planning and ability to quickly analyse financial reports
•  Willingness to get involved in community and represent the company

Job Duties:
•  Providing print and online advertising solutions to local businesses in Kempsey and beyond.
•  Work with and develop the management and staff in ways that will improve productivity, quality, efficiency, staff morale and motivation.
•  Provide sound leadership and direction to reach the final outcomes required in both productivity and budgets.
Financial planning, strategy and involvement in sales is a core part of the role
•  Attending company functions and training out of hours
•  Ensure all the company's operational requirements are met (eg WHS)
